Refund policy

We only offer STORE CREDIT for eligible items as each piece of jewelry is completely handmade.

Each piece of jewelry has its own unique characteristics and the color can vary from monitor to monitor. Please email me if you'd like extra pictures before purchasing for peace of mind.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging would be best - but a bubble mailer with extra padding will suffice. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a request for store credit, you can contact us at e.woodrosestudio@gmail.com. A shipping address will be emailed if return is accepted. We aren’t responsible for return shipping fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned i.e. custom jewelry (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for discounted or sale items, and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Store Credit 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be emailed with the amount of store credit and you can shop for your new item. Please email me with what you’d like to replace it with.
