Sustainability

At E. Woodrose Studio, we are committed to being as sustainable as possible. We are always learning and growing, so we continue to improve our approach as we go.

  • Our shipping boxes are recyclable, along with our jewelry boxes. Shipping boxes are filled with recycled shredded paper bags.
  • Our in-person orders at Pukalani Farmer's Market do not include paper receipts.
  • Our online orders receive receipts from a thermal printer so no ink is used in the process to prohibit throwing ink cartridges in the landfill.
  • Our in-person night markets are battery or solar powered instead of being hooked up to a generator.
  • We do not use any animal products in our pieces, and everything we make is cruelty free.
  • All of our pieces are made by hand inspired by the slow-fashion movement in quality over quantity.
  • Our production and manufacturing is done in-house or with other small business partners, which ensures fair working conditions.
  • All stones in our jewelry are sustainably sourced from fair-trade companies.

Shopping from small businesses is always the best way to care for the environment because we have a smaller impact than large corporations and we can make changes much faster and easier.

E. Woodrose Studio is always looking to improve, so we are open to suggestions for any part of our process! Contact us here or DM us on instagram if you have any additional ideas!
